By using VEIL you agree to these terms. They are intentionally short and written to be readable.
What VEIL is
VEIL is a digital experience. You choose any amount above the payment processor’s minimum and, on a confirmed payment, receive a generative “reveal” — visuals and curated knowledge content — along with a sigil that lets you re-open that reveal later. The richness of a reveal varies; every reveal is intended to feel complete.
Pay what you want
There are no fixed prices or tiers. The amount you offer is your choice. The value confirmed by the payment processor is final for the purposes of your reveal.
Your sigil
Your sigil is your only credential. We cannot recover it if lost, because we store no personal information that could identify you. Keep it safe. Anyone possessing your sigil can view your reveal.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse the service.
- Do not use VEIL for unlawful purposes.
- Do not attempt to guess or enumerate other visitors’ sigils.
Content
The knowledge artifacts in a reveal are provided for enjoyment and reflection. They are curated in good faith but offered “as is,” without warranty of accuracy for any particular purpose.
Availability & changes
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may update or discontinue features. We may revise these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “updated” date above.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, VEIL is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the experience. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
