VEIL delivers a digital reveal immediately upon a confirmed payment. Because the experience is generated and shown to you at once, offerings are generally non-refundable.
When we will make it right
- You were charged but no reveal was produced (for example, a technical failure prevented your reveal from generating).
- You were charged more than once for the same offering in error.
How to request
Contact us through the contact page within 14 days of the payment. Include your sigil so we can locate the reveal. Because we store no names or emails, the sigil is the only way we can find your record — without it we cannot act on a request.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment processor. Processing times depend on the processor and your bank.
Chargebacks
If something went wrong, please reach out first — we would rather fix it directly than through a dispute.
